Case history
The Stockport plant set up by Stockport Weir in September 2017 features since recently a PAE Hydrodynamic Screw. The equipment started generating power in March 2018.
Using naturally downward flowing water, the PAE Hydrodynamic Screw manufactured by WAMGROUP enables the plant to produce electricity for the council to power local homes. A large flow rate, but low head resulting in a large diameter, yet a short screw.
