It is a specialized company in the supply of food raw materials selected among the main European manufacturers.
For the plant located in northern Italy, WAMGROUP through IHS plant manufacturer supplied a number of tubular screw conveyors and feeders in stainless steel, a WAMAIR Polygonal Dust Collector, some HOPPERJET hopper venting filters, FIBC filling systems and VFS-type butterfly valves.
The screw conveyors with a high-grade finishing for food applications transfer the powdered milk to various points within the processing plant. The polygonal WAMAIR dust collector ensures centralised dedusting, while the HOPPERJET filters have the purpose to vent the hoppers fed by the screw conveyors.
Butterfly valves are fitted on the inlet spouts of the tubular screw conveyors, as well as on the suction ducts. The FIBC filling systems are installed at the end of the processing line to ensure bulk bag filling with the milk powder mixture.
The tubular screw conveyors, which have been operating trouble-free since the day of commissioning, are installed at a 45-degree angle reaching up to five metres inlet-outlet length.
