Integrated Management and Development of Human Resources
The process of Human Resources Management at WAMGROUP goes through five key points: an effective selection process is developed through proper Evaluation of Performance and Potential and a balanced Incentive Compensation Policy, supported by Constant Training and Individual Career Development Plans.
In all this we pay particular attention to young people and recent graduates: through the "Young Talents" project we aim to define paths for growth and mentoring of Talent Management for the development and growth of the Group's future managers.
